Explore who you are, who you are not, and who you choose to be. It is always a choice.

Receive teachings about Male and Female basic differences to improve your understanding which lends itself to greater respect and honor of each other.
Learn the different languages men and women speak to enhance your communication.

Commit to being your True, Spiritual, Natural, Self. This means letting go of a lot of who you were and no longer wish to be.

You will spend Quality Time in Nature in Silence and talking to Mother – Father Nature doing Personal Ceremonies.
Learn to connect through hearing, feeling, and knowing that Great Spirit guides your life if, you invite the Divine Masculine, Divine Feminine, and Divine Son of Peace, the Trinity of Great Spirit into your Spiritual Self. The challenge is to find the quiet time to receive their guidance. It is your choice to follow it or not.

Sacred Sexuality sits in the center of the Medicine Wheel of Life. To evolve to your highest potential you must embrace who you are as a Sacred Sexuality Human Be-ing. Your sexuality is an expression of intimacy, passion, and freedom to have a Sacred Heart connection with The Everything which includes yourself and your partner.

Your freedom of sexual expression and creativity has been contaminated and blocked no matter your religion, village, town, city, culture, or country. It is time to Heal and Awaken your Divine-given right to enjoy without guilt, blame or shame your sexual happiness and to revitalize yourself at a cellular level through sacred orgasm.

has a Master’s degree in Psychology; she has worked as a relational and sex therapist, working with individuals and couples since 1985, she is a Master Hypnotherapist, Metaphysical Minister, and Senior Facilitator of Chuluaqui Quodoushka Spiritual Sexuality Levels 1,2,& 3.

Ina began her Shamanic Spiritual journey in 1982 with the Sweet Medicine Sundance Path-Twisted Hairs Traditions. She attended the first Sweet Medicine Sundance produced in the U.S. in 1983. The Temazcal has been her love. She trained and poured these lodges since 1984. Ina has touched thousands of hearts with her radio programs, published articles, international workshops, and seminars. Under the name Ina Laughing Winds she has published the book “Initiation into Spiritual Sexuality” The Knowledge, the Secrets, the Journey”. Available on Amazon in English.
